What you share

We collect your name, email, city, application answers, and any phone number or profile link you choose to provide. Your submission also includes its time and an application reference.

How your application is used

Applications are sent through Google Apps Script to Club Halden’s application sheet for individual review and follow-up about membership. Submitting an application allows Club Halden to contact you about it; it does not guarantee acceptance.

Phone and profile links are optional. For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of your application, contact ayden@teamschocker.com.
